Mohammad Imani, business owner and the head chef of Aquarium Persian Restaurant, is keen on delivering local taste of Persian food from Iran here in the UK.
He has been working as the head chef for nearly 30 years where he spent harnessing his skills 10 years in Iran.
Mr Imani believed in success of authentic Persian cuisine in the UK.
He opened restaurants in Oxford, Leeds and Bradford where his food was very popular for last 18 years. After this he saw a scope of developing Persian cuisine in London.
Now he is here running Aquarium Persian Restaurant providing healthy and local taste of Iran in Acton.
